Further education and training opportunities for university staff
SRH University staff (professors, (external) lecturers, academic staff, administrative staff from all areas, trainees, i.e. all employees who have a contractual relationship with SRH University) can apply for funding for a stay at a European educational institution or, in individual cases, even at an international educational institution.
This may involve staff weeks at universities, job shadowing, work shadowing, language courses, professional development courses or special measures to build skills.
Congress and conference trips as well as pure research trips are unfortunately not eligible for Erasmus+ funding! For congress trips, there is the HAW congress travel programme of the DAAD and for research trips please contact the CoRFu of the SRH University

Destination and duration of staff mobility
Staff mobility for further education and training can be completed at partner and non-partner universities, language schools, other educational institutions as well as suitable institutions outside the education sector.
Possible countries: EU (all EU member states as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Turkey), in individual cases also in non-EU countries on request.
The further education and training courses can be completed in colleges, universities and other educational institutions as well as in suitable institutions outside the education sector.
Minimum duration: 2 days at a time in EU programme countries, 5 days in partner countries - maximum duration 60 days/year (several stays are possible). For language courses or similar, 5 days are usual.

Amount of Erasmus+ funding
Erasmus+ funding is calculated from the country-specific daily allowance plus a travel allowance, which is allocated according to the distance between the home university and the host institution using the EU distance calculator. Up to 2 additional days of travelling can be funded if required.
An increased travel allowance (Green Travel) can be paid for travelling by low-emission means of transport such as train, bus or carpooling. The exact flat rates are listed in the overview (on the right). Up to 4 days of travel are possible.
