What you'll learn

Our M.A. International Management - Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship programme prepares you for the various challenges that you face as a founder and strengthens your professional, personal and management skills.

During the two-year programme, you come up with your business idea, develop it further and launch it as your own company. Topics such as contract, strategic or innovation management are part of the curriculum, as well as start-up-specific modules on marketing, negotiation and risk management. Thus, after graduation, you will have the tools to start your own business or to commence a career in innovation management.

Your career facts

Launch your own business or work in the innovation department of different companies. In addition to gaining entrepreneurial independence, the project- and skill-based programme enables you to work in innovation management and to lead demanding projects in the start-up scene.

  • Director of your own company
  • Business development manager in start-ups
  • Successor manager in SMEs
  • Business analyst in venture capital firms
  • Positions in innovation management, regional and business development
