Focusing on Financial Management
In the International Business Administration - Financial Management program at SRH University Campus Heidelberg, you lay the foundation for your career in finance by exploring four essential subfields: In the finance area, you receive a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of risk management. In Accounting, we focus on international accounting standards and consolidated financial statements. The subfield of tax teaches you how to apply the most important regulations for corporate taxation. On the Bachelor's degree programme in International Business Administration - Financial Management at SRH University Campus Heidelberg, you will acquire essential knowledge that will prepare you for a career in international business. At the beginning of your studies, you will lay a solid foundation in areas such as business administration, marketing, human resources management and business mathematics in the first semesters.
In the third semester, you will deepen your knowledge in the areas of investment, financing and cost and performance accounting, which will provide you with an excellent foundation for specialising in financial management in the fifth semester. There you will learn how to manage financial resources efficiently and make strategic decisions.
In the final semester, you will complete your studies with an internship and write your Bachelor's thesis, in which you will apply and summarise the knowledge you have acquired.
