The 5th Symposium on Vocal Training in Popular Styles will take place from 13 to 14 February 2024.
Vocal training in popular styles is in great demand at university and school/institutional level. Many pupils and students want to sing and are looking for contemporary training. At the same time, many teachers are looking for a contemporary teaching approach. The symposium offers vocal teachers, singers, voice coaches, speech therapists and researchers from general education schools, music schools and colleges/universities a platform to discuss concepts, problems and solutions for vocal training in popular styles. Participants will have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with stakeholders from different disciplines and gain inspiration from professional practice. The conference will take place in person on the new campus of the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
