In the Creative Company Project 2024–2025, M.A. Creative Leadership students collaborated with Berlin-based podcast studio Auf Die Ohren to create their own podcast, exploring podcasting as a tool for diversity, inclusion, and intercultural exchange.

In the 2024-2025 Creative Company Project, students from the M.A. International Management 'Creative Leadership' teamed up with Auf Die Ohren, a Berlin-based podcasting company, to explore how podcasting can become a tool for diversity, inclusion, and cultural exchange.
Over the course of the project, students formed their own podcasting agency, developed branding concepts, researched market trends, and created their own podcast. They took on every stage of production - from scripting and recording to editing and pitching - while being guided by creative industry mentors.
The project encouraged students to reimagine how Generation Z engages with culture and communication, emphasising highly inclusive storytelling and future-oriented thinking. Alongside practical skills in media production, students also gained valuable experience in creative leadership, project management, and international stakeholder collaboration. This project was not only about learning how to make podcasts but about giving students a platform to for their voice, collaborate across cultures, and prepare for professional roles in the creative industries and beyond.
The group was guided by Laura Lee (Professor of New Media Technologies and Artistic Research), Mark Glaister (Composer and producer, Not Clean Creative, UK), and Lena Günther (Podcast editor, Auf Die Ohren, Berlin).
