Challenge Roth: Motivational and behavioural variables predicting athlete performance (WLH_Challenge)

Brief description

The cooperation project with Team Challenge investigates the relationship between motivational and behavioural variables and their influence on the performance of athletes in the world's largest long-distance triathlon, the DATEV Challenge Roth, on the occasion of its 40th anniversary in 2024. The aim is to identify both general psychological success variables and, in particular, unfavourable factors that predict premature termination of the race.
