Brief description

In the referrer survey project, the doctors referring patients to the eight SRH clinics are regularly surveyed every three years. The content of these surveys is - as in this year - the evaluation of the referring physicians' satisfaction with the cooperation, communication and the exchange of information and data with the clinics, the satisfaction in the area of participation in diagnostics, as well as the overall impression of the clinic, department or specialist area. Other quantitative and qualitative measures are collected. A distinction is made not only according to the clinics to which the patients are referred, but also according to the type of practice (general, specialist practice) and private practice or work in the hospital. A specific medical center survey is included in this evaluation.

Data is collected both in paper-pencil and online format. The survey period is 6 weeks, from 19.09.-07.11.2025. The evaluation focuses on quantitative measures, although qualitative evaluations are also carried out.

The results will be prepared both as a whole and on a clinic-specific basis and presented to the relevant management committees at the beginning of the first quarter of 2026. Comparisons will be made with previous surveys (2016, 2019, 2022).
