University Health Management

Brief description

In collaboration with students, the establishment of a Student Health Management (SGM) programme at the Heidelberg campus will serve as a pilot scheme for a health-promoting university structure. Needs will be identified through a participatory process, and innovative initiatives for mental health, physical activity, resilience and health literacy will be developed and tested on this basis. The aim is to consolidate existing services and establish sustainable structures. In the long term, the SGM is intended to serve as a starting point for the development of a holistic university health management system that also includes teaching staff and administrative staff, and embeds health sustainably throughout SRH University.
