Menstrual symptoms in everyday training and working life. Experiences and expectations from the healthcare professions

Brief description

Menstrual symptoms vary from person to person and can significantly disrupt daily life, whether in education or at work. Despite the high proportion of menstruating people in healthcare professions, the topic is often treated as a taboo. To date, there has been limited research into the challenges, coping strategies and institutional frameworks in Germany. The aim of this project is to highlight the current situation, structural barriers and perceived needs for support.
