Brief description

The aim of the project is to implement a holistic health management system that is open to all employees and students. To this end, work organization and conditions are to be improved, not least by strengthening personal health skills. Long-term behavioral and relationship-based measures are voluntary and are intended to strengthen positive health potential, reduce the risk of illness and thus ensure long-term work ability and motivation.
