Brief description

Psychological empowerment has established itself as an objective for New Work in many organizations. However, many organizations in the public sector do not know how to promote psychological empowerment and where to start with their organizational development. The virtual toolkit is intended to enable them to measure and stimulate the experience of empowerment in an evidence-based way. The objectives of the project are therefore: a) development of a platform, b) provision of content, c) implementation and testing in the practice of the ÖD
