Psychosocial emergency care in companies - a review of implementation in Germany (PSNVU)

Brief description

In the event of emergencies in companies, such as serious accidents at work, medical emergencies or acts of violence, mental health damage can also occur in addition to physical injuries. Psychosocial emergency care with preventive, acute and follow-up measures helps to reduce mental health damage in the event of emergencies in companies. The research project took stock of how psychosocial emergency care is organized in companies. To this end, a multi-perspective approach was chosen that focuses on the various target groups involved.
