The Sounds of the Danube: Towards an Interdisciplinary Environmental Education (STREAM)

Brief description

The STREAM project promotes environmental awareness and education through a combination of scientific and artistic approaches. The population in Germany, Austria, Hungary and Serbia is made aware of water pollution and the soundscape of the Danube and motivated to protect the environment through digital and on-site programmes. In addition, civil society actors and environmental organisations are strengthened through capacity building and university partnerships in the Danube region are promoted.
