Transformative approaches for sustainable food in tourism (TASTE)

Brief description

TASTE is driven by a partnership of 3 business support organisations, 2 destination management organisations and 2 cross-cutting knowledge partners from 6 EU countries. In this transformative journey, selected stakeholders will be empowered as knowledge multipliers within tourism and connected ecosystems. To this end, it will deliver a comprehensive and structured capacity building programme rolled out via a train-the-trainer concept and study visits, building on exemplary and replicable practices.
