After a theoretical examination of grief, fear of death and their representation on film, the findings were translated into the animated short film Through the Porcelain. short film Through the Porcelain was realised. The five-minute 3D animation, created entirely in Blender, combines black humour with emotional moments and addresses the fragile balance between humour and emotional breakdown when dealing with loss.
