Education and healthcare provider SRH strengthens the management team at its SRH University

SRH University is expanding its management team: from 1 July, Stefan Bolle will lead the university – part of the non-profit education and healthcare provider SRH – alongside Dr Thorsten Bagschik. The exact division of responsibilities will be finalised and published shortly; both managing directors will be jointly responsible for the university’s strategic development and operational performance.
Stefan Bolle is an experienced leader with many years’ expertise in the fields of finance, risk, governance and transformation. During his career to date, he has held positions including board member, managing director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. His focus has been on financial management, the strategic development of organisations and the implementation of process and digitalisation initiatives.
With his extensive management experience, Stefan Bolle will play a key role in shaping the further development of SRH University. The focus will be on high-performing structures, efficient processes and a forward-looking organisation, with the aim of positioning the university at the highest operational level and further strengthening its position as one of Germany’s leading private universities.
“In Stefan Bolle, we are gaining a proven leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational implementation. Together with Dr Thorsten Bagschik, he will provide important impetus for the further development of SRH University,” said Patrick Mombaur, Chairman of SRH.
By expanding its executive management team, SRH University is strengthening its leadership structure to meet the growing demands of the higher education market and to fulfil its ambitious growth and quality strategy.
