Sustainable Management for the Future

We equip you with essential management and analytical skills for modern organisations. You will learn how companies make strategic decisions, lead teams, and align their structures and processes with technological and future‑oriented objectives.

You will also build a solid foundation in sustainability. You will learn to assess energy‑related, financial, ecological, and social challenges and to develop responsible solutions. This includes working with SAP applications and earning key certifications such as SAP, AI‑related tools, and Autodesk Inventor.

We broaden your perspective by exploring international legal frameworks and cultural differences, strengthening your intercultural competencies and your understanding of the global economic environment.

Example from our coursework:
Students collaboratively develop sustainable and innovative product concepts using our extensive database resources, complemented by access to other local academic and university libraries, such as the University of Heidelberg’s system. Throughout the project, they learn to:

  • Identify needs and define product specifications using research insights, AI‑supported analysis, and industry data
  • Evaluate feasibility and value through surveys, interviews, and professional networking activities
  • Analyse environmental and social impacts with IoT sensors, simulation software, and AI‑enhanced assessment tools
  • Outline and refine business models, occasionally supported by 3D‑printed prototypes to visualise early concepts
  • Present their results in a professional, consulting‑oriented format using Think‑Cell, highlighting value creation and strategic relevance
